In dem Vortrag werden die Ergebnisse aus den zurückliegenden Board-Evaluierungen dargestellt und aktuelle Benchmarks im Hinblick auf die organisatorische Neuausrichtung von Aufsichtsgremien zu ESG-Themen hergeleitet.

Benchmarks on ESG structural adjustments in supervisory board committees.

The evolution of ESG regulations is progressing rapidly. It is also changing the distribution of tasks on the supervisory board. How can supervisory boards set themselves up in terms of personnel and structure? In which committees is the topic dealt with? What sustainability competence do you need on the board?
