Ausgangspunkt für die Diskussion wird ein Vortrag in englischer Sprache von James Beasley, Senior Director, Nasdaq Governance Solutions sein. In dem Vortrag werden die Ergebnisse aus den zurückliegenden Board-Evaluierungen dargestellt und aktuelle Benchmarks im Hinblick auf die organisatorische Neuausrichtung von Aufsichtsgremien zu ESG-Themen hergeleitet.

Benchmarks on ESG structural adjustments in supervisory board committees.

The evolution of ESG regulations is progressing rapidly. It is also changing the distribution of tasks on the supervisory board. How can supervisory boards set themselves up in terms of personnel and structure? In which committees is the topic dealt with? What sustainability competence do you need on the board?

We will address these and other aspects at the interactive webinar on

May 16, 2022 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. 

The starting point for the discussion will be an English presentation by James Beasley, Senior Director, Nasdaq Governance Solutions. He will outline focus points of previous board evaluations and derive current benchmarks with regards to the organisational realignment of supervisory bodies.
